CDL A Regional Reefer Drivers in Columbus, OH

Aim Transportation Solutions is hiring CDL A Regional Reefer Drivers in Columbus, OH. Drivers will be delivering refrigerated & frozen products in 36' - 48' reefer trailers for regional routes. Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,800
• Minimum guaranteed pay: $1,400
  • Paid 60 CPM
  • Average of 1,500 miles weekly
  • Stop pay: $20.00 per stop
  • Paid $0.50 per case
• Bonuses:
  • Retention Bonus: $6,000 paid over 1 year
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000 for each driver and diesel mechanic referred
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Home 4 - 5 nights weekly
  • Overnights are in a hotel 2-3 nights per week
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
• Shift: Day shift, 5am - 6am start time
• Route: 250 mile radius of Columbus, OH
  • Primarly OH, IN, & KY
• Level of Touch: Unloading using a dolly/hand truck and a ramp to deliver frozen & refrigerated products

Equipment

• Late model truck fleet, no older than 5 years!
• Automatic transmission
• Outward facing cameras
• ELD equipped using Platform Science system
• In house maintenance and diesel mechanic shop

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within past 3 years
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years 
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 35 miles of Columbus, OH
